RealMOVEMENT exists to help people live stronger. The weekend experience is designed to enable you to stand up and make difference as a leader. We want you to have influence and improve world standards in performance from a place of experience and knowledge.

The combined experience does not exist outside of RealMOVEMENT

If you’re stuck in a rut or wondering what else is out there in the areas of mind, health and performance then this weekend could make all the difference.

We will challenge your movement into weightlifting, gymnastics and strength balance.

If you were better, could you help more people. More athletes or kids or elderly? There are so many people who would love to live in better bodies but are yet to connect with someone who knows how to get them there.

For the last 5 years, I’ve been working with people who want to lead. Together we’ve gone to new levels which has helped them train elite athletes and next level clients.

We’re going to teach you a unique holistic approach to your training, coaching, and living.

  • Be ready to train, bring lifting shoes for day 2 if you have them (not essential)
  • 9:30am-5pm Saturday, 10am-5pm Sunday, may run overtime.

RealMOVEMENT is for Personal Trainers, CrossFit coaches and athletes, Exercise / Sports science students/grads (who want to work with athletes) and Athletes.

Cancellation 3 months out from the event = $100 refund

No refunds on cancellations less than 3 months – your place can be transferred to a friend or colleague.
